On January 30, we had the pleasure of hosting Lakewood’s 1st Annual SOUPer Bowl! Ten local restaurants donated soup that was judged by our panel of 7 judges: 3 residents and 4 celebrity judges (Fox 8’s Bill Sheil, former Cleveland Brown Robert Jackson, St. Edward High School Principal KC McKenna, and Lakewood Law Director Brian Corrigan). While all of the soups received rave reviews, it was Forage Public House with their Roasted Butternut Squash and Cardamom soup that received the distinction of being named Lakewood’s 1st Annual SOUPer Bowl Champion! Other participating restaurants included: Forage Public House, Souper Market, Melt Bar and Grilled, Root Cafe, Brothers Lounge, Buckeye Beer Engine, Cleveland Vegan, Italian Creations, Georgetown, and West End Tavern.
Stay tuned as plans develop for SOUPer Bowl 2021!
